Evergreen Behavioral Health Expands Access to Care in South Chicagoland
Des Plaines, IL – January 1, 2026 – Chicago Behavioral Hospital launched Evergreen Behavioral Health, a new offsite outpatient program in Evergreen Park.
Located on the campus of OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital, Evergreen Behavioral Health will provide adult and adolescent partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs.
The new site expands Chicago Behavioral Hospital’s presence in the South Chicagoland market, increasing access to high quality behavioral health services and strengthening its ability to deliver a comprehensive continuum of care closer to where patients live.
Evergreen Behavioral Health represents a meaningful step in the hospital’s growth strategy, increasing capacity, addressing rising demand and extending specialized, patient-centered care into underserved communities.
